As part of our accelerating IT and digital transformation, we are hiring a Senior IT PMO / IT Portfolio Manager to strengthen governance, drive portfolio execution and support strategic programs.
This is a key role working closely with executive leadership, combining portfolio governance, transformation management, executive reporting and delivery oversight in an international industrial environment.
Key responsibilities
IT Portfolio & Governance
- Structure and manage the IT project portfolio (PPM)
- Define governance standards, project lifecycle and decision frameworks
- Ensure alignment between priorities, budget and resources
- Manage prioritization, dependencies and risks
IT Governance & Internal Control
- Strengthen governance and internal control practices
- Contribute to frameworks (e.g. COBIT) and audit readiness
- Track action plans, IT risks and compliance
Executive Reporting
- Prepare materials for Executive Committee, Steering Committees and Audit & Risk
- Consolidate KPIs, risks, financials and project status
- Deliver clear, decision-oriented reporting
Strategic Program Support
- Act as PMO lead on key transformation programs
- Coordinate internal teams, business stakeholders and partners
- Ensure governance discipline and continuous improvement
Financial & Vendor Management
- Support IT budget monitoring and portfolio financial tracking
- Consolidate forecasts and resource allocation
- Contribute to vendor governance
