The handover took place in Poprad, Slovakia, for the brand new Sgmmnss wagons. All 40 wagons were manufactured at the Tatravagonka plant in Poprad. LTG Cargo will operate the 40-foot wagons mainly in Northern Europe on the route from Lithuania via Gdansk in Poland to Duisburg in Western Germany. This cooperation is a valuable addition to LTG Cargo's existing fleet.

Ermewa is currently making significant investments in the intermodal sector in response to the growing demand for 40-foot container wagons. LTG Cargo Polska is owned by the Lithuanian rail freight company AB LTG Cargo, which is part of the largest group of railway companies in the Baltic States, the Lithuanian state-owned company AB Lietuvos Geležinkeliai. The company specialises in freight transport and forwarding services to various destinations.
